Shall I pre-launch ON-LINE CARD ™ before payment? – NO!
You do not necessarily need to launch ON-LINE CARD (tm) Application before you are attempting a payment, application will launch automatically and prompt you for CVC and PIN (Card Verification Code and Personal Identification Number). If the card has been pre-launched you will be asked for PIN only.
Why? Because ON-LINE CARD (tm) Software is integrated with the browser for your convenience.

What if I enter wrong PIN several times? – Your card will be suspended.
We are doing our best to protect you from fraud even if your computer by some accident would get compromised! Nobody except you knows the PIN (Personal Identification Number) of your card if you keep it secret, attempts to guess this code will lead to immediate card suspension and will not give the intruder access to your money. We apologize if this will cause you any inconvenience, but this is a part of our care about your security and confidence in wonderful world of on-line commerce!
Note: your PIN works in our Service exactly as in ATM machines; your card gets suspended if you enter wrong PIN several times. See also ‘How do I unblock my card?’ topic.
